This program involves providing regular customers with plastic cards with an individual number. By receiving a discount card, you become our special guest and the owner of maximum privileges.
CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE "GUEST OF HONOR" PROGRAM;
1) A person who has reached the age of 18 can participate in the program.
2) Entry into the program is free of charge, and applies only to guests using the basic hotel services of the GRAND HOTEL ZVEZDA.
3) You can become a participant by filling out a standard application form, which can be obtained from the hotel's Reception and Accommodation Service.
4) The confirmation of privileges is a card issued based on the criteria and a questionnaire filled out at the reception and accommodation service.

A compliment from the hotel
*A one-time stay in a hotel is considered a customer's arrival for a period of 1 day or more.
Discounts do not apply if the Guest makes a reservation through travel agencies, agencies or online companies.
A card registered in the name of the owner cannot be transferred or used by another person.
Discounts on the Guest of Honor loyalty program cannot be combined with other discounts and special offers available at the hotel.
