Spa etiquette

- The elderly, pregnant women, or people suffering from heart disease, diabetes, and high or low blood pressure should not use a sauna or hammam.

- Children under the age of 16 are not allowed to use the sauna and hammam unaccompanied by adults.

- Do not use the sauna or hammam under the influence of alcohol, anticoagulants, antihistamines, vasoconstrictors, narcotic drugs, or tranquilizers.

- Stay in the sauna and hammam for a reasonable period of time. Take a shower, cool down, and come back for another short stay if desired.

- Take off your clothes and jewelry. Use a towel in the sauna and hammam.

- Smoking is prohibited in the sauna, hammam and relaxation area.

- The consumption of food and beverages is allowed only in the recreation area.

- The sauna, hammam and relaxation area are a quiet area — please respect others and do not create unnecessary noise or disturbance.

- If necessary, contact the Hotel Reception and Accommodation officer (internal room 600).
